How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days via USPS or UPS.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, unused condition with tags attached. Please note that custom prints and clearance items are final sale.
Do History Center members receive a discount?
Yes! Members of the Senator John Heinz History Center receive a 10% discount on all museum shop purchases. Please enter your member ID at checkout to apply the savings.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States and Canada. We hope to expand our shipping capabilities to other international destinations in the future.
Can I pick up my online order in person at the museum?
Yes, we offer a free 'In-Store Pickup' option at the museum shop located in Pittsburgh's Strip District. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection.
Are the products sold online the same as those in the physical museum shop?
Our online store features a curated selection of our most popular items, including Pittsburgh-themed gifts and historical books. For our full inventory, we invite you to visit us in person.
