At the Shop at the Heinz History Center, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Pittsburgh history and heritage items. If you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on most merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Contact our museum shop team via email or phone with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a return authorization.

Carefully pack the items in their original condition and packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are attached to prevent damage during transit.

Ship the Product

Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to the Heinz History Center Shop at our designated museum address.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item within 5-7 business days.
